Mr. Adkins accepted a position with the Cambria Organization in 2007 after an over 20 year career with another company. As construction manager for the Cambria Commerce Center, an eight million dollar Commercial Business Park in Pleasantville, New Jersey, Mr. Adkins had the responsibility for all construction oversight as well as coordination of sub-contractors and interfaces with inspectors and municipal agencies. The project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget expectations. Importantly, Mr. Adkins was also responsible for tenant relations, taking the lead in final fit-outs or special accommodations that were necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Mr. Adkins is now managing Cambria Solar Construction,LLC , bringing the talent, interpersonal skills, and commitment that allow Cambria to be a low-cost and high quality provider of advanced commercial solar systems.
Mr. Hancock is the owner and CEO of Harbor Electric, Inc., an electrical contracting company founded in 1982 serving the Greater Atlantic City Area. He attended Penn State University and currently holds a New Jersey Master Level Electrical Contractors License and a Department of Homeland Security/TSA Identification Credential. He is also icensed by the United States Coast Guard as a “United States Merchant Marine Officer”. His company, Harbor Electric, Inc., is a New Jersey Public Works Registered Contractor, a 3M certified fiber optic installer, and has provided services for many local, county and state projects. They include work with the NJ Department of Transportation on bridges and underwater cables, the City of Somers Point on their 911 system, and various schools and municipal buildings on construction and expansion projects. Mr. Hancock’s extensive experience brings Cambria Solar the specialized skills required for the installation of solar panels and the subsequent inter-connection with service providers.
Mr. Droboniku is a 1986 Graduate of Gettysburg College and has been a practicing Certified Public Accountant in the Atlantic City Area since 1988. In addition to his more general accounting practice, Mr. Droboniku specializes in commercial real estate investments, and more particularly, in solar subsidized residential and commercial development. His areas of expertise include project financing, Urban Enterprise Funding, federal and state incentives for solar installation, New Jersey CORE rebates for qualifying solar projects, and section 1603 compliance and payments. Mr. Droboniku is personally invested in solar opportunities and brings Cambria and their clients valuable insights for financial incentives associated with solar energy projects.
